Bestselling author Garth Stein has listed his 1924 Seattle home for $2.45 million after living there for 25 years. Stein and his wife bought the 3,970-sq-ft Colonial Revival house in 2001, intending it as their 'forever house' to raise their three children. Following extensive renovations, including a major update in 2009, the family is now downsizing as their youngest child has gone to college. The home features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a Batchelder tile fireplace, and a detached two-car garage.
