Delhi Voter List: 33 Lakh Notices Issued, 20 Lakh Cases Resolved

Delhi's Chief Electoral Officer has released data on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign, revealing that approximately 33 lakh entries in the voter list had discrepancies or could not be matched with current records. Out of these, about 20 lakh cases have now been resolved, with the remaining pending. The campaign aims to rectify logical errors and ensure no eligible voter is excluded.

दिल्ली के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन (SIR) अभियान पर डेटा जारी किया है। इसमें पता चला है कि वोटर लिस्ट में लगभग 33 लाख एंट्रीज़ में गड़बड़ियां थीं या उन्हें मौजूदा रिकॉर्ड से मिलाया नहीं जा सका था। इनमें से करीब 20 लाख मामले अब सुलझा लिए गए हैं, जबकि बाकी अभी भी लंबित हैं। इस अभियान का मकसद लॉजिकल गलतियों को ठीक करना और यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि कोई भी योग्य मतदाता बाहर न रह जाए।
