Hyderabad Property Registrations Drop 15% YoY in September 2026

Hyderabad's residential property registrations saw a 15% year-on-year decline in September 2026, falling to 5,620 units. The total value of these transactions also decreased by 7% to ₹4,487 crore. This marks a 5% drop in registrations and a 2% fall in value compared to August 2026. Despite this monthly dip, property registrations for January-September 2026 remained stable year-on-year, with transaction values increasing by 4%. Homes priced above ₹1 crore constituted 56% of September's transaction value, indicating a growing contribution from higher-ticket housing.

सितंबर 2026 में हैदराबाद में आवासीय प्रॉपर्टी रजिस्ट्रेशन में पिछले साल की तुलना में 15% की गिरावट आई, जो 5,620 यूनिट रह गई। इन सौदों का कुल मूल्य भी 7% घटकर ₹4,487 करोड़ हो गया। यह अगस्त 2026 की तुलना में रजिस्ट्रेशन में 5% की गिरावट और मूल्य में 2% की कमी दर्शाता है। इस मासिक गिरावट के बावजूद, जनवरी-सितंबर 2026 के लिए प्रॉपर्टी रजिस्ट्रेशन पिछले साल के मुकाबले स्थिर रहे, जिसमें सौदों के मूल्य में 4% की वृद्धि हुई। ₹1 करोड़ से ऊपर की कीमत वाले घरों ने सितंबर के सौदों के मूल्य का 56% हिस्सा बनाया, जो उच्च-टिकट वाले आवास से बढ़ते योगदान का संकेत देता है।
