Three Arrested With 600 Narcotic Tablets

Arakkonam town police arrested three individuals near the railway station on Saturday for possessing 600 narcotic tablets, identified as Tapentadol. The arrested men, aged 22 and 26, are residents of Chennai. Investigations revealed they ordered the tablets from Mumbai pharmacies, which were delivered via courier. The group was apprehended while en route to Chennai to sell the tablets retail. A case has been registered, and the accused are lodged in Vellore Central.
