Rehan Exhibition Controversy: Govt Under Fire For Removing Photos

A photo exhibition titled 'No Idea Is Final' by Rehan Wadhra in Delhi's Bikaner House has become controversial. Approximately 70 out of 100 photographs were reportedly removed, with the deleted images related to protests in Delhi. Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot attacked the government, calling it an attack on democracy and the stifling of a young artist's work. Priyanka Gandhi also described the incident as an attempt to suppress the voice of youth. Wadhra stated his work was artistic expression, not political.

दिल्ली के बीकानेर हाउस में रेहान वाधरा की 'नो आइडिया इज फाइनल' नामक एक फोटो प्रदर्शनी विवादों में घिर गई है। कथित तौर पर 100 में से लगभग 70 तस्वीरें हटा दी गईं, जिनमें दिल्ली में हुए विरोध प्रदर्शनों से संबंधित तस्वीरें थीं। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए इसे लोकतंत्र पर हमला और एक युवा कलाकार के काम को दबाने का प्रयास बताया। प्रियंका गांधी ने भी इस घटना को युवाओं की आवाज दबाने की कोशिश बताया। वाधरा ने कहा कि उनका काम कलात्मक अभिव्यक्ति है, राजनीतिक नहीं।
