The AWHO had previously ignored an October 5 deadline set by a committee formed after a Kerala High Court directive. Apartment owners were meant to hand over keys and affidavits for reconstruction, but AWHO representatives failed to appear. Owners are now demanding the invocation of the Disaster Management Act to ensure compliance.
