Congress candidate Milan Pradhan from Nandigram has received interim bail from the Calcutta High Court. Justice Tirthankar Ghosh granted bail on two bonds of Rs 10,000 each, with strict conditions including submitting his mobile number to the local police station. This interim bail is valid, and he must surrender at Haldia Court. Pradhan faces six criminal cases registered between 2007 and the present, with murder charges related to old cases leading to his arrest.

नंदीग्राम से कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार मिलन प्रधान को कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट से अंतरिम जमानत मिल गई है। जस्टिस तीर्थंकर घोष ने 10,000 रुपये के दो बॉन्ड पर जमानत दी, जिसमें स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन में अपना मोबाइल नंबर जमा कराने जैसी सख्त शर्तें शामिल हैं। यह अंतरिम जमानत वैध है, और उन्हें हल्दिया कोर्ट में सरेंडर करना होगा। प्रधान के खिलाफ 2007 से अब तक छह आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं, जिनमें पुरानी हत्या के मामलों से संबंधित आरोप हैं जिनके कारण उनकी गिरफ्तारी हुई थी।
