Heritage Quiz Sparks Interest in Lucknow's Past

An inter-collegiate heritage quiz organised by INTACH Lucknow chapter tested students' knowledge of India's history, architecture, and cultural heritage. Questions covered historical monuments, architectural styles, traditional mango varieties, and intangible cultural heritage like Ramleela. Twenty teams from 10 colleges participated, with students from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University securing the top two positions. The event aimed to encourage students to explore India's architectural heritage and deepen their understanding of historical and cultural traditions.

हेरिटेज क्विज़ ने लखनऊ के अतीत में जगाई दिलचस्पी छात्रों ने दिखाई इतिहास और संस्कृति में रुचि

INTACH लखनऊ चैप्टर द्वारा आयोजित एक इंटर-कॉलेज हेरिटेज क्विज़ ने भारत के इतिहास, वास्तुकला और सांस्कृतिक विरासत के बारे में छात्रों के ज्ञान का परीक्षण किया। प्रश्नों में ऐतिहासिक स्मारक, वास्तुशिल्प शैलियाँ, पारंपरिक आम की किस्में और रामलीला जैसी अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक विरासत शामिल थे। 10 कॉलेजों की 20 टीमों ने भाग लिया, जिसमें डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों ने शीर्ष दो स्थान हासिल किए। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य छात्रों को भारत की वास्तुशिल्प विरासत का पता लगाने और ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं की उनकी समझ को गहरा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना था।
