The Madras High Court has cancelled an interim stay on the release of Arulnithi's upcoming film 'Demonte Colony 3'. The stay was initially granted due to a dispute over production, marketing, and distribution rights. A petitioner alleged that director Ajay Gnanamuthu associated with Passion Studios without their knowledge and proceeded with film certification without informing them. The court has now lifted the stay, allowing the film's release plans to proceed. This decision resolves a significant hurdle for the horror franchise's theatrical debut.

मद्रास हाई कोर्ट ने अरुलनिधि की आने वाली फिल्म 'डेमोंटे कॉलोनी 3' की रिलीज पर लगी अंतरिम रोक को रद्द कर दिया है। यह रोक प्रोडक्शन, मार्केटिंग और डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन राइट्स को लेकर हुए विवाद के कारण लगाई गई थी। एक याचिकाकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया था कि डायरेक्टर अजय ग्ननामूत्थु ने उनकी जानकारी के बिना पैशन स्टूडियोज के साथ मिलकर काम किया और उन्हें सूचित किए बिना फिल्म सर्टिफिकेशन की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई। कोर्ट ने अब यह रोक हटा दी है, जिससे फिल्म की रिलीज की योजनाएं आगे बढ़ सकेंगी। इस फैसले से हॉरर फ्रेंचाइजी के थिएट्रिकल डेब्यू की एक बड़ी रुकावट दूर हो गई है।
