Delhi Police have busted two fake placement call centres operating near the Shadipur Metro Station, apprehending 11 individuals. These centres allegedly targeted unemployed job seekers by promising employment opportunities in exchange for registration and processing fees ranging from Rs 1,200 to Rs 3,500. The accused reportedly sourced job seeker data from online platforms, made targeted calls, and then cut off communication after receiving payments without providing jobs. Police seized multiple computer systems, mobile phones, and digital evidence from the two locations.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने शादिपुर मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास चल रहे दो फर्जी प्लेसमेंट कॉल सेंटरों का भंडाफोड़ किया है और 11 लोगों को पकड़ा है। इन सेंटरों पर कथित तौर पर बेरोजगार नौकरी चाहने वालों को निशाना बनाया जाता था, उनसे 1,200 रुपये से 3,500 रुपये तक की रजिस्ट्रेशन और प्रोसेसिंग फीस लेकर नौकरी का वादा किया जाता था। आरोपियों ने कथित तौर पर ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म से नौकरी चाहने वालों का डेटा लिया, लक्षित कॉल किए, और पैसे मिलने के बाद नौकरी दिए बिना संपर्क काट दिया। पुलिस ने दोनों जगहों से कई कंप्यूटर सिस्टम, मोबाइल फोन और डिजिटल सबूत जब्त किए हैं।
