23 Firms Rush To Launch IPOs Before Deadline
Economic Times Markets · stocks
Twenty-three companies are racing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) before the September 30 deadline, collectively aiming to raise ₹40,775 crore. Approvals from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for these firms are set to expire. Companies must start the share sale process or refile offer documents, which could delay fundraising. This situation arises after Sebi granted a one-time extension to help companies navigate market volatility.
