A 42-year-old man tragically died on the Goliath roller coaster in Atlanta after being ejected from his seat. This incident has led to the shutdown of the Goliath ride across nine North American parks. Six Flags is already facing over 100 lawsuits and recently settled a case involving another death on the X2 ride in 2022.
