Former Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has identified a significant mistake made by the Indian team during the second T20I against the West Indies. The West Indies were chasing a massive target of 249/5, set by India in 20 overs. Gavaskar questioned whether the Indian team might have been affected by the toss factor, especially with dew playing a role in the conditions. He also raised the possibility that players like Shreyas Iyer could have approached the game differently, despite the formidable total posted by India.
