Burma Burma Parent Files DRHP For ₹150 Cr IPO

Hunger Pangs Limited, the parent company of restaurant chain Burma Burma, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO. The company plans a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 2.79 crore shares. Cofounders Ankit Gupta and Chirag Chhajer each hold a 33.35% stake and plan to offload shares.

हंगर पैंग्स लिमिटेड, रेस्टोरेंट चेन बर्मा बर्मा की पेरेंट कंपनी, ने SEBI के पास IPO के लिए अपना DRHP दाखिल किया है। कंपनी ₹150 करोड़ तक के शेयरों का फ्रेश इश्यू और 2.79 करोड़ शेयरों तक का ऑफर फॉर सेल लाने की योजना बना रही है। सह-संस्थापक अंकित गुप्ता और चिराग छाजेड़ में से प्रत्येक के पास 33.35% हिस्सेदारी है और वे शेयर बेचने की योजना बना रहे हैं।
