Congress leader Shashi Tharoor stated that Rahul Gandhi has generated significant enthusiasm among younger voters recently. Tharoor advised the BJP to take this shift in public mood seriously. He suggested that the BJP's attempts to demonize Gandhi might stem from paying attention to his growing influence. Prime Minister Modi had previously criticized Congress for promoting a "failed product" and putting the country's interests at stake. Gandhi has been leading the Congress's attacks on the government and recently launched a nationwide youth outreach campaign called ‘Chhatron ki Goonj’.
