Everton's owners, TFG, are open to selling a controlling stake in the Premier League club as they seek new investment. The US-based group acquired the club less than two years ago, in December 2024, from former owner Farhad Moshiri. TFG stated that with the club's stability and stadium move secured, it is the right time to consider the next chapter. They have retained investment bank Moelis & Company to advise on the sale process.
