Ladakh To Get J&K High Court Bench

A new regulation allowing the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to hold sittings in Ladakh has officially come into force. This significant development, effective from September 5, brings judicial services closer to the residents of Ladakh. The establishment of a bench in the region is expected to improve access to justice and streamline legal processes for the local population.

लद्दाख को मिलेगा जम्मू-कश्मीर हाई कोर्ट बेंच

जम्मू और कश्मीर और लद्दाख के उच्च न्यायालय को अब लद्दाख में बैठकें करने की अनुमति मिल गई है। यह नया नियम 5 सितंबर से लागू हो गया है। इससे लद्दाख के लोगों को न्यायिक सेवाएं और भी आसानी से मिलेंगी। इस क्षेत्र में बेंच स्थापित होने से न्याय तक पहुंच बढ़ेगी और कानूनी प्रक्रियाएं भी आसान होंगी।
