Paul allegedly first attempted to set fire to a building in Muvattupuzha in January and again in March, causing minor damage. He later targeted a used-car showroom in Muvattupuzha before the synagogue incident. Investigators suspect videos of the arson were sent to handlers via Telegram. Paul has been remanded to judicial custody, and further charges are expected as the probe into his electronic devices continues.
