Women's Indian Open: India Seeks Title After Decade

The Women's Indian Open, set for October 22-25 in New Delhi, will feature top international golfers alongside India's best. Defending champion Shannon Tan and past winners Liz Young and Olivia Cowan are among the contenders. The Indian contingent is aiming to win the prestigious Ladies European Tour event for the first time in ten years, with Aditi Ashok being the last Indian winner in 2016. The Women's Golf Association of India also highlighted the need for government support to make golf more accessible.
