Hotel Owner Alleges Conspiracy Over Insect in Food

A hotel owner in Kunnamangalam has filed a police complaint alleging that three men deliberately placed an insect in his food. The owner, Rafiq, claims the men demanded ₹2 lakh compensation after the incident. He submitted CCTV footage as evidence, which one of the accused, Anwar, denies, calling it edited. This complaint follows an earlier controversy that led to the hotel's temporary closure, with food safety officials having inspected the establishment.

कुन्नमंगलम के एक होटल मालिक रफीक ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। उनका आरोप है कि तीन लोगों ने जानबूझकर उनके खाने में कीड़ा डाला। रफीक का कहना है कि घटना के बाद उन लोगों ने ₹2 लाख हर्जाने की मांग की। उन्होंने सबूत के तौर पर सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी दिया है, जिसे एक आरोपी अनवर ने एडिट किया हुआ बताया है।
