The incident occurred in Sugouli, where administration officials were removing structures along the national highway. The injured woman, identified as Ladli Praveen, was initially taken to a local health center before being referred to Motihari for further treatment. Following the accident, angry locals protested the demolition, pelting stones at the JCB machine as it attempted to leave the site.
