Anant Nag Receives Dadasaheb Phalke Award

Veteran actor and theatre artist Anant Nag was honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award by President Droupadi Murmu, in Gujarat's Ekta Nagar. This award is considered the highest honor in Indian cinema, recognizing significant contributions to the arts over the past five decades. The award, instituted in 1969 on the birth centenary of Dadasaheb Phalke, the father of Indian cinema, was first presented to Devika Rani.

अनंत नाग को मिला दादासाहेब फाल्के पुरस्कार

गुजरात के एकता नगर में राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने दिग्गज अभिनेता और थिएटर कलाकार अनंत नाग को दादासाहेब फाल्के पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया। यह पुरस्कार भारतीय सिनेमा का सर्वोच्च सम्मान माना जाता है, जो पिछले पांच दशकों में कला के क्षेत्र में उनके महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को दर्शाता है। यह पुरस्कार 1969 में भारतीय सिनेमा के जनक दादासाहेब फाल्के की जन्मशती पर शुरू किया गया था।
