Following a significant 214-run loss to Australia in the first Test, South Africa has made a notable change to their squad. Star batsman Tristan Stubbs has been dropped from the 17-member team. Matthew Breetzke has been included in his place for the second Test, scheduled to begin on October 18. Stubbs struggled with the bat in the previous match, scoring only 32 in the first innings and a single run in the second.
