An Indian chef, Pradeep Khullar, who previously led a Michelin Guide-listed restaurant in Dubai, has opened a small takeaway outlet called Bhaturewala. The popular North Indian dish, chole bhature, is sold for AED 20 (approximately ₹520). Despite the modest establishment, customers are queuing for over an hour for their orders, with the restaurant serving only 200 plates daily. Khullar was inspired by his childhood memories of buying the dish for his family every Sunday.
