A 37-year-old man in Kanpur died after being pinned to a car's roof, driven for 1.5 km, and then run over by the same vehicle. The victim, Biru Singh Badauria, was returning from a Dussehra fair when the incident occurred. His hands were allegedly trapped in the rear window before the car sped away. Police have arrested two of the three accused named in the murder case, while efforts are underway to apprehend the third. The family alleges the attack stemmed from a prior dispute.
