8-Year-Old Boy Dies After Concrete Bench Collapses At Police Quarters

An eight-year-old boy, Rajveer Khanderao Kale, died on Wednesday night after a concrete bench at the Vanrai police quarters in Mumbai collapsed, trapping him underneath. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM while the child was playing with other children. Witnesses reported that the bench was shaky due to damaged legs and that the children were jumping on it when it fell. The boy sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed.

मुंबई के वनराई पुलिस क्वार्टर में बुधवार रात को कंक्रीट की बेंच गिरने से आठ साल का बच्चा राजवीर खंडेराव काले गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। यह घटना रात करीब 9:30 बजे हुई जब बच्चा अन्य बच्चों के साथ खेल रहा था। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि बेंच के पैर टूटे होने के कारण वह हिल रही थी और बच्चे उस पर कूद रहे थे जब वह गिर गई। बच्चे को सिर में गंभीर चोटें आईं और उसे अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहाँ उसने दम तोड़ दिया।
