The app is used by approximately 20 lakh people monthly in Delhi-NCR, with daily weekday usage reaching 8.2 lakh. It integrates various transport services including DTC buses, IRCTC, and other metro lines, alongside features like metro maps, timings, and EV charging station information. दिल्ली मेट्रो के सारथी ऐप ने एक करोड़ डाउनलोड का आंकड़ा पार कर एक बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की है, जो इसे टिकट बुकिंग और यात्रा योजना के लिए एक भरोसेमंद टूल बनाता है। इस ऐप का इस्तेमाल दिल्ली-एनसीआर में हर महीने करीब 20 लाख लोग करते हैं, जबकि सप्ताह के दिनों में इसका रोज़ाना इस्तेमाल 8.2 लाख तक पहुँच जाता है। यह ऐप डीटीसी बसों, आईआरसीटीसी (IRCTC) और अन्य मेट्रो लाइनों सहित विभिन्न परिवहन सेवाओं को एकीकृत करता है, साथ ही इसमें मेट्रो के नक्शे, समय और ई-चार्जिंग स्टेशनों की जानकारी जैसी सुविधाएं भी शामिल हैं। इस डिजिटल पहल का मकसद यात्रियों के लिए एक सुविधाजनक, एकीकृत गतिशीलता पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र बनाना है।
