PIL filed for force feeding Sonam Wangchuk

Wangchuk has been on a hunger strike since April 6th in Ladakh, demanding statehood and constitutional safeguards for the region under the Leh-based 'Save Constitution Save Democracy' campaign. His health is reportedly deteriorating, prompting the plea for intervention to preserve his life.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका (PIL) दायर की गई है। इसमें एक्टिविस्ट सोनम वांगचुक को जबरन खाना खिलाने की इजाज़त मांगी गई है। वांगचुक लद्दाख में 6 अप्रैल से भूख हड़ताल पर हैं। वे राज्य का दर्जा और संवैधानिक सुरक्षा की मांग कर रहे हैं। उनकी सेहत लगातार बिगड़ रही है, इसलिए उनकी जान बचाने के लिए यह अर्ज़ी दी गई है।
