Nashik district administration has introduced five convenient methods for voters to resolve discrepancies in their electoral roll notices. These options include attending physical hearings, submitting documents via WhatsApp to booth level officers (BLOs), scheduling virtual hearings on the ECINET portal, uploading digital copies online, or handing over physical documents during BLO home visits. District Collector Ayush Prasad assured residents that these notices are for rectifying errors and not cause for panic. The initiative aims to simplify the verification process for electors.

नाशिक जिला प्रशासन ने वोटरों के लिए वोटर लिस्ट की गड़बड़ियों को ठीक कराने के पांच आसान तरीके शुरू किए हैं। इन तरीकों में फिजिकल सुनवाई में शामिल होना, बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर (BLOs) को WhatsApp के ज़रिए डॉक्यूमेंट भेजना, ECINET पोर्टल पर वर्चुअल सुनवाई शेड्यूल करना, ऑनलाइन डिजिटल कॉपी अपलोड करना या BLO के घर आने पर फिजिकल डॉक्यूमेंट देना शामिल है। डिस्ट्रिक्ट कलेक्टर Ayush Prasad ने लोगों को भरोसा दिलाया कि ये नोटिस सिर्फ गलतियां सुधारने के लिए हैं, घबराने की कोई बात नहीं है। इस पहल का मकसद वोटरों के लिए वेरिफिकेशन की प्रक्रिया को आसान बनाना है।
