Steven Spielberg's 2.8-acre Los Angeles horse ranch, purchased in 1999 for USD 5.75 million, has been unexpectedly removed from the market. The property, also known as Dogwood, was listed last month for USD 29.9 million. Spielberg and his wife, Kate Capshaw, had previously withdrawn plans for a massive five-story riding facility due to community opposition. Instead, they developed a 20,000-square-foot riding arena and other equestrian facilities.
