Minister Orders Swift Clearance of Pending Multi-Storey Building Permissions

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana has directed officials to expedite the processing of pending applications for multi-storey building permissions. He instructed them to identify applications without major issues and grant approvals by Thursday. The Minister reviewed pending applications with the Town Planning Director and interacted with applicants via video conference to understand the reasons for delays. He emphasized the need for prompt disposal of eligible applications in accordance with rules and regulations, ensuring applicants do not face avoidable difficulties.

नगर प्रशासन और शहरी विकास मंत्री पी. नारायण ने अधिकारियों को बहुमंजिला इमारत की मंजूरी के लिए लंबित आवेदनों पर तेजी से कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन आवेदनों में कोई बड़ी समस्या नहीं है, उन्हें पहचान कर गुरुवार तक मंजूरी दे दी जाए। मंत्री ने टाउन प्लानिंग डायरेक्टर के साथ लंबित आवेदनों की समीक्षा की और वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए आवेदकों से बात कर देरी के कारणों को समझा। उन्होंने नियमों के अनुसार योग्य आवेदनों का तुरंत निपटारा करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया, ताकि आवेदकों को अनावश्यक परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।
