He claimed that the state became known for riots, curfews, and lawlessness under SP rule. Adityanath criticized the SP's 'PDA concept, alleging they prioritized family members over backward classes, Dalits, and minorities. He asserted that religious events like Durga Puja were not possible during the SP government, contrasting it with current conditions.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) पर जोरदार हमला बोला है। उन्होंने कहा कि सपा के शासनकाल में शिक्षा, रोज़गार और विकास को बड़ी चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा। उन्होंने दावा किया कि सपा के राज में प्रदेश दंगों, कर्फ्यू और अराजकता के लिए जाना जाता था। आदित्यनाथ ने सपा की 'पीडीए' (पिछड़ा, दलित, अल्पसंख्यक) की अवधारणा की आलोचना करते हुए आरोप लगाया कि उन्होंने पिछड़ा वर्ग, दलितों और अल्पसंख्यकों के बजाय अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को प्राथमिकता दी। उन्होंने कहा कि सपा सरकार के दौरान दुर्गा पूजा जैसे धार्मिक आयोजन संभव नहीं थे, जबकि आज की स्थिति इसके विपरीत है।
