From, India will implement new CAFE III standards, aiming to improve the average fuel efficiency of passenger vehicles sold nationwide. Car manufacturers will be required to gradually reduce the average fuel consumption of their entire fleet over five years, with targets set to decrease by approximately 16.7% by March 2032. This regulation will encourage companies to invest in technologies like hybrid and electric powertrains, potentially leading to increased car prices due to higher development and manufacturing costs.

अप्रैल से, भारत नए CAFE III मानक लागू करेगा, जिसका लक्ष्य पूरे देश में बिकने वाले यात्री वाहनों की औसत ईंधन दक्षता में सुधार करना है। कार निर्माताओं को पांच साल में अपने पूरे बेड़े की औसत ईंधन खपत को धीरे-धीरे कम करना होगा, जिसमें मार्च 2032 तक लगभग 16.7% की कमी का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। यह नियम कंपनियों को हाइब्रिड और इलेक्ट्रिक पावरट्रेन जैसी तकनीकों में निवेश करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा, जिससे उच्च विकास और निर्माण लागत के कारण कारों की कीमतों में वृद्धि हो सकती है।
