Gujarat Govt Forms Six-Member Panel To Review DElEd College Fees

The Gujarat government has established a six-member committee to review the annual fee structure for self-financed Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) institutions across the state. This committee, chaired by additional chief secretary Milind Torawane, will examine expenditures on staff salaries, administrative costs, and other recurring expenses. It will also assess projected costs for the next three academic years and recommend appropriate fees. The panel's recommendations are expected within 30 days and will guide fee revisions for the next three academic years.

गुजरात सरकार ने राज्य भर के स्व-वित्तपोषित डिप्लोमा इन एलीमेंट्री एजुकेशन (DElEd) संस्थानों के लिए वार्षिक शुल्क संरचना की समीक्षा के लिए छह सदस्यीय समिति का गठन किया है। अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव मिलिंद तोरावने की अध्यक्षता वाली यह समिति कर्मचारियों के वेतन, प्रशासनिक लागत और अन्य आवर्ती खर्चों पर व्यय की जांच करेगी। यह अगले तीन शैक्षणिक वर्षों के लिए अनुमानित लागतों का भी आकलन करेगी और उचित शुल्क की सिफारिश करेगी। पैनल की सिफारिशें 30 दिनों के भीतर अपेक्षित हैं और अगले तीन शैक्षणिक वर्षों के लिए शुल्क संशोधनों का मार्गदर्शन करेंगी।
