India's EAM Jaishankar Holds Productive Talks With UAE Counterpart

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held a warm and productive meeting with UAE counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi. The ministers reviewed progress in bilateral ties and exchanged views on global issues, focusing on expanding cooperation in trade, investment, energy, defence, and security. The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, effective since May 2022, continues to bolster economic engagement. Jaishankar also attended the Raisina Middle East event and met the Georgian Foreign Minister, discussing deepening bilateral cooperation.

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने अबू धाबी में यूएई के समकक्ष शेख अब्दुल्ला बिन जायद अल नाहयान के साथ गर्मजोशी भरी और सार्थक बैठक की। मंत्रियों ने द्विपक्षीय संबंधों में प्रगति की समीक्षा की और व्यापार, निवेश, ऊर्जा, रक्षा और सुरक्षा में सहयोग बढ़ाने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए वैश्विक मुद्दों पर विचारों का आदान-प्रदान किया। मई 2022 से प्रभावी व्यापक आर्थिक भागीदारी समझौता (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) आर्थिक जुड़ाव को मजबूत करना जारी रखे हुए है। जयशंकर ने Raisina Middle East कार्यक्रम में भी भाग लिया और जॉर्जियाई विदेश मंत्री से मुलाकात की, जिसमें द्विपक्षीय सहयोग को गहरा करने पर चर्चा हुई।
