Police in Mysuru have arrested a wife and her lover for allegedly conspiring to murder her husband, a 35-year-old mason. The wife, Pavithra, reportedly mixed venomous seed powder into her husband Ramprasad's food and later smothered him to death while he was asleep. She allegedly learned about the seeds from YouTube. The crime was initially presented as a natural death after Ramprasad was found unresponsive. However, a postmortem report indicated foul play, leading to the couple's arrest and remand to judicial custody.
