PVR Inox Profit Surges 111% To ₹273 Crore, Plans 500 New Screens

PVR Inox has reported a significant 111% rise in its Q2 profit after tax, reaching ₹273.3 crore. The cinema exhibitor also saw its revenue increase by 17% year-on-year to ₹2,132.7 crore. The company plans to expand its footprint by adding approximately 500 new screens over the next three years. This expansion will focus on Tier 2, 3, and 4 markets using its capital-light SMART Cinema format, which offers lower operational costs.

PVR Inox ने टैक्स के बाद अपने दूसरी तिमाही के मुनाफ़े में 111% की बड़ी बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की है, जो ₹273.3 करोड़ तक पहुँच गया है। सिनेमा प्रदर्शक के राजस्व में भी साल-दर-साल 17% की वृद्धि हुई है, जो ₹2,132.7 करोड़ रहा। कंपनी अगले तीन वर्षों में लगभग 500 नए स्क्रीन जोड़कर अपने विस्तार की योजना बना रही है। यह विस्तार कम परिचालन लागत वाले अपने कैपिटल-लाइट SMART Cinema फॉर्मेट का उपयोग करके टियर 2, 3 और 4 बाजारों पर केंद्रित होगा।
