TGNPDCL to promote rooftop solar systems through 'Seva Sethu' programmes

The Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGNPDCL) is launching 'Seva Sethu' programmes across its division headquarters to encourage rooftop solar system installations. These events will provide consumers with comprehensive information on the PM Surya Ghar–Muft Bijli Yojana, including application procedures, central subsidies, bank loans, and net metering benefits. Officials from TGNPDCL, TGREDCO, and banks will be present to address consumer queries. The initiative aims to increase the adoption of solar energy, helping households reduce electricity bills and potentially earn from surplus power generation.
