Adani Group Begins Construction of Dharavi Redevelopment Rehab Towers

Adani Navbharat Developers Pvt Ltd (ANDPL) has officially commenced construction on rehabilitation towers for the Dharavi Redevelopment Project in Mumbai. The project, located on a 22-acre site in Matunga, will feature 10 towers with 10,432 rehabilitation apartments and commercial units. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced that 10,000 rehab flats are expected to be ready by January 2029. Eligible residents will receive 350 sq ft carpet flats under the in-situ rehabilitation scheme, though some residents are being moved to temporary accommodations. The rehabilitation component is slated for completion within seven years.

Adani Navbharat Developers Pvt Ltd (ANDPL) ने मुंबई में धारावी पुनर्विकास परियोजना के लिए पुनर्वास टावरों का निर्माण आधिकारिक तौर पर शुरू कर दिया है। माटुंगा में 22 एकड़ की साइट पर स्थित इस परियोजना में 10 टावर होंगे जिनमें 10,432 पुनर्वास अपार्टमेंट और वाणिज्यिक इकाइयां होंगी। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने घोषणा की कि जनवरी 2029 तक 10,000 पुनर्वास फ्लैट तैयार होने की उम्मीद है। पात्र निवासियों को इन-सीटू पुनर्वास योजना के तहत 350 वर्ग फुट के कारपेट फ्लैट मिलेंगे, हालांकि कुछ निवासियों को अस्थायी आवासों में ले जाया जा रहा है। पुनर्वास घटक के सात साल के भीतर पूरा होने की उम्मीद है।
