He pointed to Gandhi's past business ventures, claiming a British company he worked for shut down and a partnership he had ended. Trivedi also highlighted the Congress party's significant loss of seats in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections when Gandhi played a key role.

भाजपा प्रवक्ता सु ด้านशु त्रिवेदी ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के विदेशी दौरों की आलोचना की है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि ये दौरे भारत विरोधी प्रचार को बढ़ावा देते हैं। त्रिवेदी ने गांधी की राजनीतिक समझ पर सवाल उठाया और कहा कि उनके काम से पार्टी की छवि और विपक्ष के नेता के तौर पर उनकी अपनी स्थिति को नुकसान पहुंचता है। उन्होंने गांधी के पिछले व्यावसायिक उपक्रमों का जिक्र किया और दावा किया कि जिस ब्रिटिश कंपनी के लिए उन्होंने काम किया था वह बंद हो गई और उनकी एक साझेदारी भी समाप्त हो गई।
