Chandigarh Cop's Murder: Weapon Supplier Arrested from Haridwar

Chandigarh police have arrested Mohammad Shaheen from Haridwar for allegedly supplying the country-made pistol used by Arman Singh to kill his father, head constable Nitin Singh. Arman and Shaheen were produced before a local court and remanded to four days of police custody. The investigation revealed Arman procured the firearm from Shaheen in Haridwar. Police are also searching for another suspect named Sahil, believed to be in Meerut. The motive appears to be a dispute over Arman's marriage and a financial request.

चंडीगढ़ पुलिस ने हरिद्वार से मोहम्मद शाहीन को गिरफ्तार किया है। उस पर कथित तौर पर आर्मन सिंह को देसी पिस्तौल सप्लाई करने का आरोप है, जिसका इस्तेमाल उसने अपने पिता, हेड कांस्टेबल नितिन सिंह की हत्या के लिए किया था। आर्मन और शाहीन को स्थानीय अदालत में पेश किया गया, जहाँ से उन्हें चार दिन की पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। जांच में पता चला कि आर्मन ने हरिद्वार में शाहीन से हथियार खरीदा था। पुलिस एक अन्य संदिग्ध साहिल की भी तलाश कर रही है, जो मेरठ में हो सकता है। हत्या का मकसद आर्मन की शादी और पैसों के लेन-देन को लेकर विवाद लग रहा है।
