Russia Seizes Assets of Auchan, Nestle, Lemana Pro

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree placing assets of Auchan, Lemana Pro, and Nestle in Russia under the temporary management of L.E.V. Management. This includes significant stakes in Auchan LLC and Le Monlid LLC, as well as various holdings in Nestle Kuban and Nestle Russia. Auchan Retail Russia and Lemana Pro have requested clarification on the decree. Nestle stated it will take necessary measures to protect its rights.
