MP Seeks PM’s Intervention on Jawaharnagar Landfill Crisis

Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the Jawaharnagar garbage dumpyard issue. He stated that the Centre is ready to assist if the Telangana government submits a Detailed Project Report. Rajender warned of mass agitation if public concerns are not addressed, highlighting health and environmental hazards from the landfill. He accused the private firm and municipal officials of submitting misleading reports and alleged that untreated polluted water is contaminating local water bodies, impacting agriculture and livestock.

मलकाजगिरी के एमपी ईटला राजेंद्र ने जवाहरनगर कूड़ा डंपयार्ड के मुद्दे पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को पत्र लिखा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर तेलंगाना सरकार विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट (DPR) जमा करती है तो केंद्र सहायता के लिए तैयार है। राजेंद्र ने चेतावनी दी कि अगर जनता की चिंताओं का समाधान नहीं किया गया तो बड़े पैमाने पर आंदोलन होगा, उन्होंने लैंडफिल से स्वास्थ्य और पर्यावरणीय खतरों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने निजी फर्म और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों पर भ्रामक रिपोर्ट जमा करने का आरोप लगाया और आरोप लगाया कि अनुपचारित प्रदूषित पानी स्थानीय जल निकायों को दूषित कर रहा है, जिससे कृषि और पशुधन प्रभावित हो रहे हैं।
