CIA Chief Meets Zelensky in Ireland

CIA Director John Ratcliffe met with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky at Shannon Airport in Ireland. The meeting occurred while both their planes were being refueled. This encounter follows reports that Ratcliffe intended to play a more active role in resolving the conflict in Ukraine, a claim previously denied by the CIA. Ratcliffe had previously visited Moscow in August for contacts between special services.
