This marks a more than 13-fold increase compared to Rs 156 crore in the same period last year. The company attributes this growth to strong housing demand and resilient market conditions. Max Estates plans major launches in Noida and Gurugram and aims to expand its residential and commercial portfolios annually, projecting substantial annuity rental income from its commercial properties within five years.

मैक्स एस्टेट्स लिमिटेड ने चालू वित्त वर्ष की दूसरी तिमाही में बिक्री बुकिंग में ज़बरदस्त उछाल दर्ज किया है, जो 2,100 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुँच गई है। यह पिछले साल की इसी अवधि में 156 करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में 13 गुना से ज़्यादा की वृद्धि है। कंपनी ने इस वृद्धि का श्रेय मज़बूत हाउसिंग डिमांड और स्थिर बाज़ार की स्थितियों को दिया है। मैक्स एस्टेट्स नोएडा और गुरुग्राम में बड़े लॉन्च की योजना बना रही है और अपने आवासीय और वाणिज्यिक पोर्टफोलियो का सालाना विस्तार करने का लक्ष्य रखती है, जिससे पांच साल के भीतर अपनी वाणिज्यिक संपत्तियों से पर्याप्त एन्युटी रेंटल इनकम का अनुमान है।
