Railways Adds 11 More Special Trains For Festive Season Rush

Indian Railways has introduced 11 additional pairs of festival special trains, bringing the total number of special services originating from or passing through the East Central Railway (ECR) jurisdiction to 23 pairs. These trains are intended to manage the increased passenger traffic during the Diwali and Chhath Puja festive season. The additional services will operate on busy routes connecting Bihar with major cities like Delhi and Mumbai. Several trains will run until late November, with some operating daily to facilitate travel.
