Adventurer Walks 4,000 Miles Along Yangtze River

British adventurer Ash Dykes has become the first person to walk the entire length of China's Yangtze River, a journey spanning 6,437 kilometres or approximately 4,000 miles. Dykes began his expedition on August 26, 2018, and completed it 352 days later on August 12, 2019, earning a Guinness World Record. The trek involved an estimated 8 million steps, traversing remote landscapes from the Tibetan Plateau, encountering extreme temperatures, difficult terrain, and wildlife.

ब्रिटिश साहसी ऐश डाइक्स ने चीन की यांग्त्ज़ी नदी की पूरी लंबाई पैदल चलकर पार कर ली है। यह 6,437 किलोमीटर की यात्रा 26 अगस्त 2018 को शुरू हुई और 12 अगस्त 2019 को 352 दिनों में पूरी हुई। इस दौरान उन्होंने लगभग 80 लाख कदम चले, तिब्बती पठार से लेकर सुदूर इलाकों तक का सफर तय किया और भीषण गर्मी, मुश्किल रास्तों व वन्यजीवों का सामना किया। उन्हें गिनीज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड मिला है।
