The accused, Rohit Kumar, allegedly used an AI-generated fake nude video to blackmail the victim after she rejected his advances. He lured her to a hotel room with the help of his brother-in-law, Vikram Sahni, where he raped her, attempted to strangle her, and filmed the assault. He then shared the AI video and live footage on WhatsApp groups.
