Five Held in Deoghar Cyber Fraud Case; Nine Phones Seized

Deoghar police arrested five individuals suspected of operating an inter-district cyber fraud gang during a raid in Dakay forest. Nine mobile phones and ten SIM cards were seized from the accused. The arrested individuals allegedly impersonated customer care executives and bank officials to defraud people. They also sent malicious APK files to victims under the guise of government benefits and official notices, gaining unauthorized access to phones. A case has been registered, and all five have been remanded to judicial custody.

देवघर साइबर धोखाधड़ी मामले में पांच गिरफ्तार नौ मोबाइल फोन जब्त

देवघर पुलिस ने डाकाय जंगल में छापेमारी के दौरान अंतर-जिला साइबर धोखाधड़ी गिरोह चलाने के संदेह में पांच लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार लोगों से नौ मोबाइल फोन और दस सिम कार्ड जब्त किए गए हैं। गिरफ्तार लोगों पर कथित तौर पर ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारियों और बैंक अधिकारियों का प्रतिरूपण कर लोगों को ठगने का आरोप है। उन्होंने सरकारी लाभ और आधिकारिक नोटिस के बहाने पीड़ितों को दुर्भावनापूर्ण एपीके फाइलें भी भेजीं, जिससे उनके फोन तक अनधिकृत पहुंच प्राप्त हुई। मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और सभी पांचों को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
