A 32-year-old Delhi man, Narender Rawat, has been missing for over a month. His family alleges police inaction, stating Kullu police are not providing meaningful assistance. They claim the police require the family to provide evidence like CCTV footage themselves. Rawat's last known location was near Manikaran, Himachal Pradesh, according to call detail records obtained by Delhi Police. The family registered an FIR in Delhi. Rawat had reportedly quit his job and seemed stressed before disappearing.
